BrixUI is the intellectual property of Aitarey® Design Pvt. Ltd.
This license agreement, effective as of October 31, 2024, is made between BrixUI product of Aitarey® Design Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), New Delhi, India ("Company"), and the purchaser of the design materials ("User").
By purchasing BrixUI, the User agrees to the following license terms. The license grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide right to use BrixUI for commercial or personal projects, subject to the license type selected at the time of purchase.
A “user” refers to anyone on your team who is utilizing the Figma files, assets within those files, or libraries published from the Figma files. You may only share access to the files or published libraries with team members if you've purchased a Team or Enterprise License.
Individual License: Choose this if you plan to use BrixUI as a solo user for personal or commercial projects.
Team or Enterprise License: Select this if you work with a team, use BrixUI under a company or brand, or plan to share or distribute products with clients, customers, or team members.

You may use BrixUI for unlimited personal and commercial projects multiple times.
Create end products for personal, commercial, or client use.
Integrate BrixUI with other works, ensuring that the resulting projects remain governed by this license.
You can create end products for clients as well as for personal or commercial purposes.
You have the freedom to modify or manipulate BrixUI as needed. Additionally, you are permitted to combine BrixUI with other works to create derivative projects, which will still be subject to the terms of this license.
Important Note: You can only share Figma files, or published Figma library with other users if you’ve purchased a Team or Enterprise license.
You are not permitted to sell, distribute, sublicense, or grant rights to the original, modified, or derivative versions of the materials to third parties.
You are prohibited from creating competing products, UI kits, frameworks, or templates using BrixUI or its derivatives.
You cannot publish or make BrixUI publicly accessible online.
Redistributing BrixUI as stock, tools, or templates with source files—whether on its own or bundled with other items—is not allowed, even if modifications have been made.
You cannot host BrixUI as-is on your website for others to download.
Using BrixUI to develop projects that enable users to create their own projects with BrixUI materials is prohibited.
You are not allowed to convert BrixUI components or examples into code and distribute that code to third parties.
Sharing BrixUI links publicly or distributing them via Figma’s public access is prohibited.
Creating Figma UI kits, templates, or design systems for other platforms (e.g., Webflow, Tailwind, WordPress, Adobe) using BrixUI is not allowed.
You must not allow end users of the End Product to extract BrixUI items for independent use.
Important Note: If you have purchased the Individual License, you cannot share the BrixUI library with your team or grant edit permissions to others. If more than one person needs access, you’ll need to purchase a Team or Enterprise license. Please contact us at hello@brixui.com for assistance with upgrading your license.
Company, recognizing the digital nature of the product, does not offer refunds. If the file has any serious issues, please let us know via hello@brixui.com within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund. Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after purchasing, decide not to use the file, or are unfamiliar with specific Figma features or functionality.
Disclaimer: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you have previously purchased, requested a refund, and then repurchased the product to access updates. Refunds will also be denied if it is found that the product was used to create End Products.
Points to Note
Upon receiving a refund, you must delete all copies of the file from all locations, including your email, cloud storage, drives, and your Figma account.
You will no longer be allowed to use BrixUI products in any project, including personal or non-commercial ones.
The license granted to the user for the product is valid for the user’s lifetime. This means that once the user has obtained the product, they hold a perpetual right to use it in accordance with the terms of this agreement. However, any violations of these terms may lead to the revocation of the license.

The current license agreement warrants that the product contents align with the descriptions provided in the official documentation. However, BrixUI does not guarantee that the materials will meet all of the user’s specific requirements or that the use of the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company's liability for any losses or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of the materials shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price, if applicable.
This agreement represents the complete understanding between the parties. There are no other promises, terms, conditions, or obligations, whether oral or written, expressed or implied, beyond those stated herein. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
Note: In the event of a dispute arising from this agreement, the parties agree to settle such disputes through arbitration in New Delhi. If arbitration fails to resolve the dispute satisfactorily, legal action may be pursued in a court located in New Delhi, India.
