By purchasing or downloading to any product plan by BrixUI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the following terms and conditions. This Agreement becomes effective on the date of your purchase of the product.
The digital products, including their intellectual property, original content, features, and functionality, are the exclusive property of Aitarey® Design Pvt. Ltd. These assets are protected under copyright, trademark, and other relevant laws in India and other jurisdictions.
The use of our trademarks and trade dress in connection with any product or service is prohibited without the prior written consent of Aitarey® Design Pvt. Ltd.
The licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time and without conditions. This termination clause enables the licensor to retain control over the distribution and usage of the product license.
Our website and products may include links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Company. (e.g., Figma, Wikipedia, etc.).
We do not control and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or provide any warranties regarding the offerings of these entities or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that we will not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
We strongly recommend that you review the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.
BrixUI shall not be held liable for any actions taken by users with the product or for any user-generated content. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BrixUI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or any content you post on our platform.
BrixUI does not guarantee that it will meet your requirements 100%, and its operation is not assured to be uninterrupted or error-free.
All express and implied warranties or conditions not explicitly stated in this Agreement—including, without limitation, those related to loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts—are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law of your country.
This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services immediately and without prior notice if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by ceasing to use our services.
Even if your account is terminated, certain provisions of these terms—including ownership, User Responsibility & disclaimers—will remain in effect.
The user agrees to pay the company the purchase price as listed on the BrixUI website. This purchase price does not include any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the user is responsible for covering any such additional charges.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will provide notice at least 10 days before the new terms take effect. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India (Bhārat Gaṇarājya), without reference to conflict of laws principles. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of using the products/services.
You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of BrixUI. Furthermore, you agree that BrixUI products and services shall not be liable for any representation, act, or commission by you.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in New Delhi, India. In the event that arbitration fails, legal action may be pursued in the Supreme Court in New Delhi.
